3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- The user was charged twice for the same service due to a technical or gateway error.
- A payment was made, but the requested service could not be initiated or delivered due to a verified system issue on our side.
- The transaction was made in error and the request for cancellation was received within 24 hours, before the service was processed.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
- Transactions successfully processed or submitted to government or third-party portals.
- Operator commission or convenience fees.
- Incomplete applications due to user-side errors, wrong information, or late responses.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@indiacybercafe.com within 3 business days of the transaction.
- Once reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the original transaction.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital services can only be cancelled if the service has not yet been processed or submitted. Once initiated, cancellation is not possible.
